In session with Kari, you will move through the gates of Love, Clarity, Flow, Simplicity and Grace to find what you most need to move forward in your life. Each session is uniquely tailored to the individual pattern you present, and the moment of time in which we meet. You can expect music, silence, focused breathing and perhaps some light movement. These sessions require focus and attention, so please book for when you can be quiet, centred, and preferably alone.
